The office of Dr. Grant is located at 3900 Junius Street, Suite 220 (in the Baylor Medical Pavillion of the Baylor Medical Center complex), Dallas, TX 75246.
Hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Patients are scheduled in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
